Payments and Return Policy

Elite Online Marketing (EOM) accepts payments via check, cash, online credit card and paypal payments via our online billing interface. When a payment is made, you will receive a receipt via email showing the total amount paid for your records.

Secure Online Payments

EOM accepts secure online payments for most major credit cards and via paypal payments. Our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protects your personal and private data and assures your transaction information is collected in the safest manner possible.

EOM does not store any credit card information and only acts as a gateway for you to make online payments.

Recurring Billing

EOM offers automated monthly and annual billing options for hosting account and retainer services.  Payments are debited from the user account on the following month (30 days) or year (365 days) and can be cancelled at any time by calling 612-866-8699 or emailing info@eliteonlinemarketing.com.

Return and Refund Policy

All payments made to Elite Online Marketing are final. No returns or refunds are currently available via our online interface.

If you feel you have unique circumstances and would like to request a refund or cancel a service and receive a pro-rated amount back, please contact us online or call (612) 866-8699.

Shipping and Delivery

All products and services provided by EOM are intangible and do not require shipping or delivery costs.  Any products purchased via 3rd party companies that require shipping or delivery will follow the shipping policy of that company.
